I am an Assistant Teaching Professor at the University of Colorado, Boulder with the International Affairs Program and the Arts & Sciences Honors Program. I am also a lecturer for the Political Science Department. I received my PhD in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

​My research focuses on voters, political parties, and the linkage between the two in multi-level polities. My work focuses on the increasingly inter-connected and transnational nature of party politics and the consequences on voter attitudes, party behavior, and party competition. My interests also include political participation, public opinion, vote choice, and the radical right. My work in these areas has been published in the ​British Journal of Political Science, European Union Politics​, West European Politics, Journal of Elections, Public Opinion, and Parties, and Party Politics.


My teaching expertise includes comparative politics, parties, elections, and political behavior in the US and Europe, and courses on West European , East European, and the European Union Politics. For a full list of courses, see here.
